• Raymedico is a B2B marketplace: listings are an invitation to transact, and an order or quote becomes binding when we confirm it.
• Payment and settlement are arranged with our team at confirmation; the website does not process payments.

Pricing and GST

• Displayed prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST at the rate shown on the product page.
• Every confirmed order is invoiced with GST. Provide your institution's GSTIN at order time for input credit.
• Prices and stock can change until an order is confirmed.

Delivery

We deliver pan-India. Timelines depend on the product and destination and are confirmed with your quote or order.

Warranty and returns

• Products carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the product page or quote.
• Transit damage or incorrect items must be reported promptly on delivery; our team will arrange replacement or return per your quote terms.
• Regulated medical devices may have return restrictions once seals are broken; these are stated at quote time.
